Una Villa moderna y cómoda, completamente equipada y decorada con mucho gusto. El gran plus: el exterior con piscina, BBQ y incluso un vélo elíptico para sesiones de deporte antes de acostarse en la playa, situada a 3 minutos.

Un verdadero pequeño paraíso.

Une Villa moderne et confortable, entièrement équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le gros plus : l'extérieur avec la piscine, le bbq et même un vélo elliptique pour des séances de sport avant d'aller se prélasser sur la plage, située à 3 minutes.
Un véritable petit coin de paradis ...

2 ème séjour dans cette villa !! Comme à chaque fois, propre, super joli, bien agencé ! Bon certes le loyer en période estival est cher mais ca le vaut !

We stayed here for 2 months (Jan/Feb 2025), and had such a great time. The gorgeous beaches are literally a 2-3 minute walk, with a few cafes open even at this time of year. The villa is very comfortable for a long-term stay - the beds are really good, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. There are 2 great Boulangers/Patissiers within easy walking distance, plus a Lidl that is only a 15min stroll. The community pool (50m - Olympic size) and gym is great (plus also only a 15min walk), and has weekly/monthly memberships. The bikes in the villa are great for cycling into the town, or along the coast up towards Marseillan. Lots of interesting places within easy striking distance in a car - we liked Beziers, Montpellier, Bouzigues among many others. You have to try the Tielle - we found 'Joseph' to be the best in Sète, and if you go to Montpellier try Clara Jung - best Flan Vannille I ever tasted (and that's a lot!).
