Bel appartement de centre ville, facilité pour le parking à 5mn. Par contre je pense qu'il faudrait que le ménage soit mieux fait surtout dans la douche qui avait plein de traces jaunes de savons, ce n'est pas très compliqué de passer une brossé.

Great apartment, very spacious. Can easily fit 9 adults.
Location is great, within walking distance of most attractions.
The apartment is clean and has the basic amenities.
The self check in was easy as instructions were sent in the day of arrival with pictures of Lenox and apartment door.
There are, however, a couple of issues: they say there are two bathrooms. In fact there is only one actual bathroom with a bathtub and no shower curtain! The other so-called bathroom is a bathtub in the second floor bedroom. I don’t see this being useful at all. A positive is the extra toilet upstairs, as the stairs are quite steep.
Garbage room is emptied twice a week, they say. But it should have been emptied the day we arrived but it wasn’t. Very smelly and lots of flies.
The apartment is worn and could use some improvements.

Great place to stay. We were there for only two nights, but it was fantastic.
The location is great, right in Colmar’s old town. Plenty of good grocery stores, provisionaries, bakeries, and restaurants nearby.
The apartments themselves are fantastic and have everything you’ll need for a stay, short or long. In-house washers and dryers with soap, a small but fantastic kitchen with pots, utensils, and some basic cooking goods.
Honestly a great place to stay.

When we check in & check out, we have to rely on ourself because no body is there.
At the beginning, we found that there was no wifi. After contacting, we even helped to switch the power supply of the apartment, but it couldn’t be solved. Finally, they gived us the Internet upstairs, but the signal was so weak that it was intermittent. We were forced to use our own paid network. The washing machine was also not working properly, and it still didn't work after spending a lot of time, so I had to contact again. It turned out that there was a problem with the door, and a special technique had to be used to close the door.

When we left, we cleaned up the dishes and garbage according to their regulations, all by ourselves. Suddenly got a phone call after leaving, accusing us of breaking their toilet lid and leaving as if nothing happened. But the crack on the toilet lid was originally there, and I saw it at 23 o'clock the night before yesterday, because it didn't affect the use, we didn't deal with it specially, just like the broken wifi and washing machine, they were regarded as poorly managed equipment.
Unexpectedly, they put this matter on us, regardless of our description, and charged from the credit card they obtained from booking before without our authorization! !

If you want to choose the apartment, remember to check all the equipments in the entire apartment first, so as not to pay when you leave! !

Very nice place to stay in Colmar, right downtown in the old city. Everything was in walking distance, restaurants, bakeries, museum and the Rapp parking garage is right around the corner. Too many great things to list about this apartment. .
We will come back here and that it why I recommend it so highly.
