J'ai eu la chance de voyager sur les lignes Flibco plusieurs fois et je ne comprends pas ces commentaires. De mon côté tout s'est toujours bien passé, je suis presque toujours arrivée à l'heure et les chauffeurs toujours sympas. Merci Flibco parce qu'avec mon petit budget c'est bien pratique d'utiliser vos navettes.

I use flibco busses quite often to get to Frankfurt Hahn airport. In general they are ok, but often late and a bit messy boarding system. But after my experience on 22/08/2016 I will try to avoid this company.

However, I had a really bad experience travelling with Flibco from Frankfurt Hahn airport to Trier on 22/08/2016 scheduled to depart 14.10 from Frankfurt Hahn airport.

I travelled with two babies and loads of luggage. Once we boarded, with all the luggage loaded and the babies fell asleep, the driver said, that there will be another bus going to Trier and we have to disembark the bus. The bus we boarded had a sign that it goes to Trier and the driver checked our tickets, did not say anything.

We had to unload everything and wait for another bus, which came +-40 min later than planned departure (+-14.50). The driver of the new bus, was not very polite and friendly. Once we asked to open the trunk from another side, he said, "no, it's full (though the buss was empty), do you want to ride with me or not".

All in all, we arrived 1h. late to Trier and had to load/unload our luggage/stroller twice, nobody said sorry or anything, rather the opposite. If possible, I would avoid this company.

We lost our flight from Luxembourg City to Hahn airport because of traffic jam and an accident and even though they cooperate with Ryan Air they did nothing. it was written we will arrive 13.30 with our flight leaving at 14.30. We arrived 14.20. No refund not even a free ticket to go back to Luxembourg. Instead we waited 5 hours for the next bus and we paid 24.5€ more to go back home.

Terrible customer service and a waste of time. I booked the bus from Luxembourg airport to Bastogne. my flight got delayed so I missed my bus at 5pm. I contacted customer service and they said there's no problem to catch the next bus at 7 pm with the same ticket. I waited until 7pm and when the bus shows up I went to take it. To my surprise, the driver wouldn't let me in because he said he was not gonna drive to Bastogne as he wasn't supposed to do. There was no other passenger waiting! I was alone! Nobody inside the bus meither! and in the end he just told me to wait and try luck and he left without me. I had to wait till 11pm for the last bus...since 5:30pm! I tried to contact customer service and I complained by email but no answer. Thank you for wasting 6h of my day at the airport!

Not particularly bad, but it´s quite disappointing to see how they advertise their ticket prices as ranging from 5 EUR to 14 EUR whereas in reality I have never seen a ticket below 14 EUR (whether it's 5 EUR or more). Also, they don't have Wifi on the buses, which is unacceptable when you pay 14 EUR for 60 km between Brussels and Charleroi airport...

Their buses are very reliable! I have a comfortable ride and arrived perfectly on time at the airport:)

I used a lot of time, never got any problem with them. Just once toilets were a bit dirty but else, everything fine!
