Very impressed with the service. Needed a ev charger installed that was octopus compatible. They came and done a site survey and recommended 2 charges and quoted us a great price plus sorted out our grant. The install was completed quickly and professionally and everything explained clearly. E mails were answered instantly , nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Absolutely top-notch service from Connor and the team.
I stumbled across the team undertaking another installation, asked them if they could help as I was considering an EV and had quite a long run (25m) from the distribution board to the house, to where I wanted the charging point. They did a full discovery and gave me options. The cost was much less than expected, the job was fitted in really quickly, and the team were super polite and clean and tidy.
Really pleased with the result, the workmanship is fantastic and I have future-proofed if I want to add additional circuits or chargers.
Cannot recommend highly enough, very knowledgeable and we are very pleased.

From start to finish these guys have been amazing. Came out to quote for a new property super quickly, reasonably priced and very helpful.
The 2 guys that came out to complete the fitting were incredible, nothing was to much trouble for them. We were in the middle of moving house the same day so stress levels were high but these guys just sorted everything out.

The service provided by EV Electrical has been exemplary from start to finish,, Connor surveyed i received my quote within 2 hours and the works booked and completed within a week, the installation was 1st class very neat and tidy, the lads explained the App and are really polite, an all round credit to the company. If you are looking at getting a charger installed do not go anywhere else......

I have had the pleasure of working much closer with this organisation as a result of being supplied with two EV charger units that have not worked for the last six months, EV electrical where contracted to install the units by a third party, which they installed very professional for the third party as a contractor. However, the support disappeared from the company that sold the units once they had been sold and developed a fault in the five year Guarantee, leaving us high and dry as a "not for profit" organisation without a EV charging point for our vehicles.
EV Electrical picked up the problem and took this to resolution at their cost, the professional nature of this organisation is some of the best I have ever experienced in 30 years of my business career.
I will always be grateful of the support and professional nature of this company, they have proved that they will not walk away when others have left a problem and avoided any responsibility to honour their part of the guarantee that was implied in the sale.
I know in my life customer service at this level will always ensure future business and wish EV electrical all the very best for their future business endeavours.

The team at EV Electrical are fantastic. From first query coming around to discuss options for the charger install, to sharing their insights into the chargers available.
Install especially was excellent with the team working very hard to hide cables as much as possible and drill through the wall to the back of the Charger so that there wasn’t a cable running up the wall to it.
A really professional team - so glad to have them local.
