I received Tesla Model 3 under screen storage tray.
The tray fits well and looks good, I really like the fact that it closes to be almost invisible. It took less than a minute to fit.
It's very well made, with magnetic closures which exert a reasonable force to hold it in closed position with a soft silicon pad inset.

I wish I could give 6 stars though.
When this product was delivered by Royal Mail its Box had been placed in a large see through plastic bag and a seal/cable tie on the top. I opened the door as the delivery man took a pic of me holding it. As he walked away and I started to unravel the bag it had been sliced open along one side and the box inside had been ripped apart along one complete side. The internal white cardboard packing that should go around the tray was half off and also ripped. No message inside from Royal Mail regarding damaged parcel or opened parcel. Make of this what you will.

The tray was intact and in perfect condition however a part, a gasket for the model 3 2024, was missing. I wasn't sure if this was important so I sent of an email to EV Accessories. This mentioned the service I had received from the post office and a now missing gasket and could they possibly help.

10 Mins, if that, later I received a phone call from Nigel the Director of the company who was shocked that this had happened. He couldn't have been more helpful. A part was being sent immediately and he was rasing a complaint with royal mail.
Now I had been expecting an email perhaps in a day or two but this level of service was exceptional.
We spent a while chatting about Tesla, parts and Models.

I can thoroughly recommend this company to all and if you have a problem I can vouch you won't get better service.

Excellent service. Ordered some illuminated door sills for a Tesla Model 3 late on Thursday evening. Product arrived 2 days later on Saturday.

Packaged well and item was in perfect condition on arrival.

Communication from Ev accessories was good with the usual order confirmation, dispatch confirmation etc. Although didn't need to directly contact anyone.

This was the best price I found anywhere for illuminated sills and the only one offering coloured illumination.

All in all I'm happy and would happily order from EV accessories again.

The first time I ordered with EV Accessories, I was impressed by their customer service. I was not sure If I needed one or two bag hooks for my Model 3, so as they were only £3.49 each, I ordered two. I got a call asking if I wanted two as most only have a place for one. They amended the order and refunded that one part of my order quickly. EV Accessories will be the first place I check for additional parts.
