I cannot recommend Hailey and her team enough. I truly felt like I could be completely hands off the day of and focus on enjoying my time with friends and family. The decor was set up beautifully and Hailey was so accommodating with all the decor our family DIY’ed. Her communication with vendors was flawless and professional. She thought of things I never would have and truly allowed me to approach the day stress free. The best advice I was given prior to wedding planning was to get a ‘Day of Coordinator’. The best advice I can give is to hire Essen Events.

My husband and I worked with Hailey and her team at Essen Events for our wedding last May, and had an exceptional experience with both the floral and day of coordination services we booked.

While looking for a vendor in this space, it was important to me that the coordination and floral were from one vendor. I just felt this would be the smoothest option. Essen laid out their package options very clearly and after a call with Hailey to talk about the initial details, I booked pretty quickly! Hailey's professionalism and portfolio made this an easy decision.

Over our almost two year planning process, I loved having access to Essen's Aisle Planner online. Even though I didn't use it to organize every single thing, it helped me make sure I was considering all the important vendors/pieces to the big day, and gave me a space to save inspo for floral and decor. It really helped me along in the planning that I took on myself. I initially went in thinking I would do one style/color scheme etc. and by the time we reached about a month out from the wedding, my vision changed completely. Hailey went right along with my ideas, and really helped the vision come to life! I couldn't be happier with how she and her floral team made it all come together the day of.

Nicole was in charge of the day of coordination piece, and I think she handled it very well. We met once a month out from the wedding and then emailed several times a week from then on to nail down the schedule and other details such as vendor contacts, song choices, set up items etc. The wedding day went so. flawlessly. I was stressed out in the morning but once we got through HMU and photos and Nicole and her assistant met us at the church, I felt so relieved - it felt like they had everything under control from that point. If things went wrong at my wedding, I didn't hear about them or couldn't notice them if I tried.. I just got to be in the moment and enjoy being a bride 🙂

All in all, Hailey, Nicole and the Essen team ensured I had a beautiful wedding and allowed me and my husband to enjoy it to the fullest. Everything went so perfectly, I could not be happier that we hired Essen. I would highly recommend Essen Events to anyone looking for floral and/or planning services!!

I can't say enough good things about working with Hailey and her team. We went with Essen's design and partial planning package for our September 2022 wedding, and I wouldn't change a thing!

From start to finish, Hailey understood our aesthetic and wedding dreams. She made the planning process feel manageable and enjoyable — a real feat in such a competitive season. Hailey went with us to all of our appointments and really took charge of our design in the exact way I needed her to. Our friends and family came to understand that if they asked me a question about our wedding, I'd simply respond, "We need to ask Hailey."

That phrase became my lifeline in the days and weeks leading up to our wedding. Hailey's team was really there for us, checking every vendor contract to make sure we were getting our money's worth and designing a to-the-minute wedding day itinerary, complete with a step-by-step guide to our rehearsal.

Our wedding turned out perfectly. It was just as we imagined, and it was incredible watching Hailey's vision come to life! From the greenery poles she designed for our wedding-in-the-round to the gorgeous floral display on the floor to the table design with which we'd trusted her vision to the champagne tower she fought to make a reality, we were blown away.

The best part of all — at multiple moments during our day, Hailey pulled us aside to give us a few minutes together, alone, in the bridal suite. We know so many couples who have said they hardly got to see each other on their wedding day. NOT SO for us, because Hailey was there to make sure we had lots of special moments together. This was so thoughtful and unexpected and we were extraordinarily grateful.

The day after our wedding, Essen Events coordinated our brunch at The Lynhall. Nicole repurposed our floral from our wedding day and kept the brunch running SO smoothly.

THANK YOU to Hailey and the whole Essen Events team. I would trust you to organize the Olympics! Truly! <3

I could write a novel on how much I LOVE Essen Events and how incredible our experience was working with them for our big day. We use Essen for florals + day-of coordination and WOW - from start to finish, working with this special team was top notch. Hailey is responsive, thorough, very detail-oriented, and a delight to work with...not to mention insanely talented!! I gave her some very loose "vibe" photos of what I was thinking for our flowers and she totally ran with it and she far exceeded any and all expectations. The florals were an absolute dream come true and the vision I didn't even know I had - she NAILED IT!

Our day-of coordinators Nicole and Jackie were so key to our day (and month leading up to the day) running so seamlessly. If you are thinking of getting a day-of coordinator...DO IT. You will not regret it. Worth every single penny - these ladies are super stars and the day could not have run more smoothly. Everything was on schedule and every detail was covered and we got to FULLY enjoy it without stressing about the timeline. I would recommend Essen Events over and over again! Thank you all SO much!!

I am so happy that I chose Essen Events for my wedding flowers! Hailey was very organized and friendly. I was impressed that she creates custom quotes for interested customers, which include images of what your flowers might look like (I find that other florists weren't as helpful on this front). I also found her prices to be reasonable. I ended up ordering 2 bridal bouquets (for split wedding), 6 bridesmaid bouquets, a toss bouquet, cake flowers, and 22 centerpieces for $2,000.

We split up our wedding ceremony and reception because of COVID-19, and I am looking forward to see what Hailey will create for the reception. The bridal bouquet and the bridesmaid bouquets I got for the ceremony were absolutely gorgeous! They had a lovely color palette, and I thought they were the perfect size. We decided to pick them up from Hailey's house to save on delivery costs, and they were securely packaged. She even let me keep the vases! Overall, I had a very positive experience with Essen Events.

We worked with Essen for both floral design and day of coordination. Our venue technically required us to have a coordinator, but I am so glad they did. Melya and Carly (sp?) allowed our day to go off without a hitch-or if anything did go wrong, they did a great job of making sure we didn’t know about it. 🙂 We met with Melya about month before our wedding; she coordinated with all our vendors and regularly checked in with us to see what we needed from her. Hiring Essen allowed us to never have to keep track of time, set anything up, or tear anything down. With their help, our entire family was allowed to completely be in the moment all day. From the big things like set up and keeping things on schedule, to getting rid of my mom’s gum before we walked down the aisle, they did it all.

The florals Hailey and team created were beyond gorgeous! I didn’t really have any idea of how to effectively explain what I wanted, but she still nailed it. I was able to give her a budget and she worked within that to create something beautiful. Our venue only allowed for a very small window of set up time, but they were both detailed and efficient in their work.

All in all, if you’re considering working with Essen, definitely do. You will be thankful you did.

Hailey and her team at Essen Events ensured that our wedding was beautiful and that the evening smoothly transitioned from moment to moment. We didn't have to think about a thing; we simply enjoyed ourselves. We hired her as our day-of coordinator, and by the time it came to "day-of" I was overwhelmed and definitely over planning elaborate decorations. She took what I handed her (which was blingy but minimal) and made it look stunning - for real. Her expertise and creativity saved the day. We got so many compliments from our guests.

Working with Essen Events for day of coordinating was one of the best things we did in planning our wedding. They took all the stress away so we could just enjoy our wedding day! Our coordinator Melya and her assistant set up all our decor and place settings, made sure our ceremony went off without a hitch, cleaned up at the end of the night, and I’m sure a ton of other things I don’t even know about because I was left to enjoy spending time with my family and now husband rather than stressing over logistics.
