Chalet très spacieux, très bien équipé. Aménagement de qualité, bonne isolation. Les hôtes sont très gentils, serviables et disponibles. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes sans vis à vis, et bain nordique sous les étoiles au top!

We attended as a group of 7 friends for a 40th birthday. Even before we arrived Janet couldn’t do enough for us to help make the surprise trip a success.||Our ski passes and equipment was ready at the chalet when we arrived which is perfect when you are only skiing for a long weekend.||The chalet is beautiful with luxury interiors. ||We absolutely loved taking advantage of Larry driving us to different spots in the portes du soleil to ski every morning, and then picking us up when we’d finish our apres.||The hot tub with the incredible view was amazing. ||Janet cooked us a fantastic meal every night and it was great to socialise with our hosts during dinner.||A fantastic find for a ski weekend!

We had an amazing four days here. Janet and Larry are very good hosts and go above and beyond in every regard. The food was amazing - and there was lots of it, all absolutely delicious. We particularly enjoyed the cakes in the afternoon! The chalet is beautiful and the hot tub is a real added bonus. Janet and Larry's knowledge of the area shines through and they were a great help with which areas to ski / where to stop for coffees etc. and other general insider info. Larry is happy to take you to whatever ski area (within reason!) and loads your skis into the van in the morning which is a real treat! The best part about the ski area is that you are very close to the St Jean D'Aulps slopes, which are magical and we absolutely loved skiing them! In short, this was a fantastic four days and we thank Larry and Janet for their immense hospitality.

Wow what a treat to find such a fabulous chalet, hosts, service and food. Faultless, Spotless and extremely well appointed. The chalet is a home that we were lucky enough to share for a dear friends 50 th birthday celebration. A whole year in the planning the pressure was on to find the perfect place to stay. Janet and Larry exceeded all our expectations. We all had a throughly lovely , fun and relaxing few days. After a great day skiing the hot tub and gin and tonics for the girls and rugby especially recorded for us with beers for the boys was waiting. We enjoyed the most beautifully presented and tasty meals to remember with some delicious local wines. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms pristine. ||Being collected from the airport, skis, helmets, poles, boots and passes awaited us on arrival which took all the sweat out of the first day skiing. We were dropped to the slopes and collected at our request enabling us to ski (and fall over) to the max. ||Thank you both so very much. We wish you every success because you deserve it.||Will and Jules ps it was only me that fell over!

Just back from a wonderful weekend at Chalet des Etoiles. Our room and the entire chalet were furnished to a very high standard, with a hot tub and real fire creating the perfect atmosphere. We were the only two guests over the weekend so were staying on a bed and breakfast basis, although afternoon tea and cake was also included. Breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt and bread to help ourselves to and porridge and eggs cooked to order. The location was mid way between the town on St Jean and the base station for the local ski area. The journey to the ski station took less than 5 minutes and we were dropped and collected from there each day, and to Morzine when we decided to ski there on our final day. The journey to Morzine was around 15 minutes. With a beginner ski-er in our group the ski area of St Jean was perfect, and very well priced, with cheaper ski passes and lessons than the Porte de Soleil. Janet and Larry were fantastic hosts who could not have done more to make our holiday exactly what we wanted. They organised restaurants, equipment, transfers and passes for us in advance of our trip which made life very straight forward for us.

Just enjoyed a 3 night stay here and find it hard to fault. This is an upmarket chalet with superb views over the surrounding area and ideal for a private group. Janet and Larry are very hospitable hosts, providing an excellent service in every respect. The food and wine were excellent. This is skiing made easy with all aspects of your break catered for, so you just need to turn up and enjoy it!

It's actually very hard to find a catered, comfortable Alpine chalet for a long weekend with lots of skiing. Janet and Larry's chalet is exactly that!||Throw in excellent hosting, fantastic food, lovely equally sized bedrooms, and a hot tub and it's pretty much the perfect place for a couples/small group's long weekend. ||I would strongly recommend this chalet to my friends.

Stunning chalet in a great location with perfect hosts. Janet and Larry can't do enough to make you feel welcome and relaxed in their home.||The food was delicious and beautifully presented and the cake was probably the best we've ever tasted.||Lovely people and a great ski trip.
