Went on Sunday and it was really busy, some quite tall kids running crazy everywhere into smaller kids. Plenty of free parking and convenient location.

Bermuda Softplay is always the first destination to visit when the weather goes cloudy. Kids enjoy the play, parents can also relax with a cup of cappuccino. They serve foods as well. Online booking is fast and easy. You get more than one hour each session. The staff always clean the area after each session is finished.

Really great value for money, my little girl had a wonderful time, as did her cousins, ranging in age from 10 months to seven years. The only downside is that it was really hot inside and all kids and adults were sweating, could definitely benefit from some air con. It was only 15c outside so not particularly hot, so no idea why it was so warm inside.

My daughter had her 6th birthday party here. They were fantastic. We had a designated party area, kids had jugs of squash, a meal, slushes and cupcakes. Nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars without a doubt 🙂

We had a birthday party at the weekend
Rubbish value for what we spent !!
So many people waiting to get in and parties not prioritised so the first 15 minutes of ours was wasted while we got everyone in and upstairs but staff are quick to want you out when you're times up!!!!
Didn't see a single adult working just loads of teenagers
Much better value at other venues and certainly won't do it again!!

Really decent sized play area for the little ones. Cafe area can get busy though, advise booking a slot. There's a smaller area for the littlest ones with a slide and ball pit and then the bigger area for the bigger toddlers!

Could be a great place but there were to many children over the allowed height and SO many parents taking photos or their children when other children are around. If the place have rules saying don't do thing, then the staff should enforce it or better still adults just follow rules...you are the children's role models after all ‍♀️

Excellent value for money!!!! We had 2 adults, a 2 year old and a 10 month old & for all of us it was just a fiver...lovely large indoor soft play area with lots of slides, a bouncy castle, an area to play football & massive fish tank!! There was also an outdoor play area with slides too.. Everythings integrated so well, kiddies absolutely loved it!! They have a cafe that serves both hot/cold food (-but hot food is only between a specified time), we had a strawberry milkshake, it was alright, probs wouldn't order it again:(( we had a 2 hour time slot but that was more than enough for the kiddies...we parked behind the old Frankie & Benny's, would definitely reccomend this place especially in the winter for a few hours of fun (for both kiddies & adults lol!) X
