Austin EV only Owner Kevin is amazing. I had the N2itive Camber and Toe arms installed to fix the dreaded tire wear issue on my Model X. He had me in and out on time and got my Alignment PERFECT! Looking forward to having tires last more than 10k miles. I drove in from Dallas to have someone I could trust perform the work. Who better than the guy who reviews the different products and does How to videos for others. Thanks Kevin! Great work.

The rear active spoiler on my 2016 Tesla Model X was severely corroded and the third brake light that is incorporated into the spoiler was no longer working. Kevin at Austin EV Only was able to trouble shoot it and replace it. The new spoiler looks better than new. Very pleased with my experience having my Tessie cared for by Kevin at Austin EV Only

I had a great experience at Austin EV Only! I brought my Ford Focus EV to Kevin after a local dealership had replaced the main battery under warranty - but then had *completely* botched the job. They had broken multiple connectors on both the battery and the HV harness, then tried to tell me the harness had already been defective and I had to pay over $2500 for it plus the labor to replace it!!

Kevin was able to identify and document the damage that had been done, so that I could get a replacement HV harness from Ford at no cost. He then went "above and beyond" to identify multiple additional issues that the dealership had caused but would not fix. I had just about given up on ever getting my car working at the dealership, but Kevin got it done!

Kevin is honest and gives you the straight scoop. He is diligent, creative, and a tenacious problem solver. I would recommend him and Austin EV Only very highly!

Just had Kevin fix the dreaded driver's leaking LCD. He worked with me on getting a refurbished display installed and also fix some rattling sway bar links. Really great communication and really knowledgeable. He had me in and out in 4 hours and took me to work. Highly recommend!!

I had a plastic cover at the bottom of my car break off and Tesla told me I had a month wait, deeming my car Undrivable for a month. I found Kevin after some searching and he quoted me the same price Tesla was and was able to get me in a month earlier! He was a great guy to work with and so happy I was able to get my car back. I’m so glad this place exists because I would’ve had to wait over a month get my car into Tesla to replace the loose battery panel that was waving to everyone on the highway. Kevin is amazing and really went above and beyond with his customer service. Highly recommend!!
