Tom came to install our EV charger this morning. He telephoned on arrival so we could let him in as we have a gated driveway. After a quick look round he asked where we wanted it located and got to work. A few hours later the install was complete and he talked me through the app, how to connect to my energy provider and how to add the vehicle so the charger will work correctly. Also how to restrict charging to a particular vehicle, how to set up charging at the cheapest times of day and how to put the unit into rest mode when not in use. Polite and professional, excellent service. Very happy customer.

Tom is a very friendly, professional and reliable electrician. When I contacted him in the first place asking for help getting my EV charger fitted the soonest as I will receive my electrical car very soon and despite his busy schedule, he was so kind to offer me an appointment during his weekend, and furthermore when he got a cancellation he contacted me to offer me even an earlier appointment. He did the job within short time and thankfully cleaned everything leaving no trace behind. I am truly grateful and satisfied by the level of service provided, and would definitely recommend. Tom was fantastic at communicating on the build up to the install. On the day he arrived promptly, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, made you feel very calm and reassured. He asked where we wanted the point and did absolutely everything else (there is a lot more to these installs than first meets the eye. Will be recommending to my friends and colleagues for sure.

The installer came to mine on a Saturday, despite not normally working Saturday's.
He explained every step, was polite, asked me to check his work to make sure I was happy with all his hard work.
I cannot fault his quality of work, or the step by step explanation of each step.
He even helped me set up the app.
