Excellent customer service, the three pin cable I bought was too short and I was unaware that you can't use an extension lead with them. They answered the phone quickly and exchanged it promptly with no fuss.

Possibly a good idea to display this information prominently on the product page to save time dealing with dummies like me...

Very helpful pre-purchase advice and quick delivery of a "granny" charger for my ev. Not as heavy as I expected so wish I'd bought a longer one, so consider that when making your purchase. I got 7m, and it's fine, but think 10m could have been a better option for out and about.

First class service and quality products. I brought a 15m mains charging cable for my Jaguar I-Pace. The cable is very high quality and changes/syncs with the car instantly. It does seem to charge the car fairly quickly for a mains charger.

As for service, I had an issue with my cable, and when I emailed to ask for some advice, without hesitation they dispatched a new cable and provided me with a prepaid label to send the other back to investigate.

With a customer first culture like this I would highly recommend them, thanks and well done to the team at EV Extra's.

Fantastic service! I accidentally ordered the wrong cable and within a couple of hours of emailing EV-Extras I had a prepaid label for the return and the promise of the correct cable being sent out the next day.
