I was having trouble charging my electric vehicle overnight using a Project EV charging point. So I reached out to to them using a second request and their response was almost insantaneous. Jaida clearly understood the issue and then provided very clear step-by-step instructions which worked perfectly. Her instructions should be available on the company's web-site in my opinion. In short - excellent service.

Excellent service from the Project EV and ProApp team. All of our chargers across our sites have now been commissioned and configured for use with the Pro Application. Technical support is next level - 90% of the time the problem will be fixed remotely within the space of a few minutes. Else, scheduling will quickly be in touch to ensure an engineer is out for site visit ASAP.

Can’t recommend them more!

I am a charge point installer. I needed tech support with a unit installed back in 2022 and ETHAN MILL gave me 50 minutes of his time to help me resolve an issue that was preventing a charger from working. Many other manufacturers simply send an email or point you in the direction of help forms on a website, removing that human element. This level of service from Project EV is why I have pushed their product since 2020. 5 starts Ethan!1 Keep up the good work. We need more guys like you on the support phone lines.

There’s a reason why these are the cheapest charging point products. I’m on a Bloor homes development so obviously they’ve teamed up with a grossly inadyproduct.
Product itself is an ugly flimsy box attached to a 5ft easily rusting steel girder. App mode is atrocious to use and was clearly rushed. You get developer error messages from it like ‘handover failed’. Point only gives out a WiFi signal for 90 seconds which is tricky when the app crashes constantly, Connecting the point to ones WiFi is clunky and just doesn’t work.
There’s a plug and charge mode but it can take anywhere from 5 mins to 4 hours for the point to activate. It’s also confused if your car has a charging timer set up

Avoid these products. The support is outsourced to zendesk who just point you to online manuals or Google.
I would love it if they came and removed the whole charging point and girder monstrosity so I can have something functional installed.

Shambles and stranded ! Thanks !!

App not registered , believed I could charge via a website. So I took a chance on them drove to the place I’m staying I have 15 miles left charge.

To find out ….. all three are not working and says unavailable on the link they sent through.

Thank you ! And what a shambles. I have attached a photo showing that no other charges in the near by area.

I was stupid to trust the company.
