Excellent service throughout from a local company. Ben provided lots of information and advice during the quoting process. The price quoted was good. Installation was within a week of ordering. Installation was by Joe, an experienced electrician, who did a great job of installing the kit. Very neat work. Everything cleaned up afterwards. He made sure the charger was online and the app was working.

I found EVC ELECTRICAL a breath of fresh air, from my first contact via email. I thought it would be complicated to install my charger, Ben arranged a home visit to discuss the options and reassured me that it was a straight forward process. The communication was excellent throughout and Joe who installed the charger did an excellent job and was very neat and tidy. I found the price to be very fair for the standard of work.

My initial enquiry was responded to the same day and the quote also updated when I added an item. Ben was helpful in discussing my choice of charger and very efficient giving me confidence.

After getting a couple of quotes EVC was also competitive too. On that basis I went ahead. Booking in was easy.

Joe turned up to do the install and phoned to say he was stuck in traffic so great updating. Install was done exactly as I wanted and very neatly. Very happy with the job. Polite and reliable company to deal with a would happily recommend them to my neighbours.

Would highly recommend this company. Very straight forward to deal with and I found them to be very competitive for the installation of my Hypervolt. Clear communication. Arrived on time as promised and did a very neat and tidy installation and handover. Nice to deal with a company that delivers a good service and had pride in their work these days

Amazing install. Sadly I can’t remember our installers name and reaching out for it didn’t result in a reply. But they were friendly professional did a great job and went beyond the install fixing an issue with the existing car charger while onsite too.

Leaving the job better than it was before he arrived. Can’t say enough good things about the experience.

Excellent service from the off. Paid a deposit with another supplier and cancelled due to poor customer service.
Contacted EVC who gave me an installation date immediately, an easy follow guide on how to complete my survey, and arranged my grant form. Booked in within the hour.
On the install day a very friendly engineer arrived, got stuck in and wrapped up in quick time. Overall, excellent service.
I would HIGHLY recommend EVC electrical installations. Great work!!!
